Fairway Strategies

You've built something real. Now build the system to run it.

"Guiding Growth, One Shot at a Time."

Most growing companies reach a point where the old way of operating starts to cost them — in lost deals, missed forecasts, and decisions made on gut instead of data. Fairway Strategies helps founders and CEOs build the commercial infrastructure their business actually needs to scale.

Services

Every engagement is tailored to where you are and where you're trying to go.

01

Course Management

Revenue Architecture

If you can't answer "what are we going to do this month?" with confidence, you don't have a revenue problem — you have a visibility problem. We build the sales operating system that gives you real-time control: defined pipeline stages, structured deal flow, and a dashboard that tells you what's coming and where the risk is. The goal isn't more activity. It's a business you can actually manage forward.

02

The Short Game

Owner & Executive Coaching

Running a company is a different skill than building one. One-on-one coaching for business owners and CEOs who want to sharpen how they lead, make decisions, and hold their organization accountable — including practical application of proven frameworks like EOS for owners ready to bring real structure to how their business runs.

Marketing & Brand

Visibility without positioning is overhead. We help you define what makes your business worth choosing, then build the marketing strategy and messaging around it — so your market knows who you are, what you solve, and why you're the right call.

04

The Long Game

Sales Process & Growth

Sustainable revenue is built on systems, not heroics. We define and install the sales process, role structure, and accountability cadence your team needs to produce consistent, repeatable outcomes — so growth stops depending on any one person, including you.

Results

A few examples of what it looks like when strategy meets execution.

Manufacturing / Distribution

Revenue you cannot forecast is revenue you cannot grow.

A specialty recycler in the Southeast had grown primarily through relationships but had no formal sales process, no pipeline visibility, and leadership could not answer basic questions about where the next dollar was coming from. The business was working — but it was running on people, not systems, and the gap between what was happening and what leadership could see was getting harder to ignore. We came in, assessed the full commercial operation, and began building the structure from the ground up: defining revenue streams and ownership, establishing a repeatable sales process aligned to how deals actually happen in their market, and creating the reporting framework that gives leadership a real-time view of the business. The work is ongoing — but the foundation is in place. For the first time, the CEO can look at a dashboard and answer the question that matters most: what is this business going to do next month?

Healthcare / Medical Practice

Marketing spend that does not fill your schedule is just overhead.

A medical practice came to us with a straightforward need: a stronger social media presence. What we found was a practice with genuine strengths and a compelling story that simply wasn't being told. We started by defining what made the practice distinct, then built a content framework around it — written and video — that gave their audience something worth following. Posting became consistent, professional, and intentional rather than sporadic. Engagement grew meaningfully during the engagement. From there the work expanded into sales infrastructure, pipeline visibility, and lead capture systems — shifting the business from individual-dependent workflows toward repeatable processes. By the time the engagement concluded, the practice had a content engine running, a clearer voice in the market, and the early infrastructure for more predictable growth. More importantly, the owner had stopped being the single point of failure in their own marketing.

Healthcare Distribution

Growing in spite of yourself only works until it doesn't.

A regional healthcare distribution company was generating revenue in spite of itself. Real momentum, but no CRM, no defined sales process, and no visibility into the pipeline. Individual effort was holding things together — which meant growth was unpredictable, leadership had limited ability to forecast performance, and the business was one key departure away from a serious problem. We assessed what existed, identified the gaps, and built the foundation the business needed. A CRM was implemented and actually adopted. Sales processes were defined, documented, and put into practice. People were moved into roles that better matched their strengths. Within a year the operation was running with structure, accountability, and the kind of visibility that lets leadership manage the business rather than just react to it. The company didn't just get organized — it got durable.

Our Approach

Three steps. No shortcuts.

01

Read the Course

Assess

Before any strategy is built, we take time to understand your business — where you are, where you want to go, and what's standing in the way. Honest assessment is the foundation of real progress.

02

Build the Game Plan

Strategize

Together we develop a clear, prioritized strategy with defined milestones and accountability checkpoints. Not a binder that sits on a shelf — a working plan built for execution.

03

Play the Shot

Execute

Strategy without execution is just theory. We stay engaged through implementation — coaching, adjusting, and holding the standard — because results are the only thing that matters in the end.

"The most important shot in golf is the next one."

— Ben Hogan · The same is true in business.
